Elizabeth Berkley to Join the Cast of the L Word Season 6

According to Michael Ausiello of EW.com's the Ausiello Files (Entertainment Weekly online) Elizabeth Berkley, who flirted with the L word during her Showgirls days, is joining the Showtime hit for a multi-episode arc.

Elizabeth will play the straight girl that got away from Bette in college. Oooo, I smell some delicious drama! Berkley and Beals, in addition to being real-life buds, co-starred together in the 2002 comedy noir Roger Dodger. For a glimpse at their sparkling chemistry, check out this popular video, shot behind the scenes on Rodger Dodger.

The L Word's sixth and final season debuts next January, and now I can't help but wonder... with the recent announcement of an L Word spin-off, perhaps it will be anchored by Jennifer Beals and Elizabeth Berkley. I can see it now, Flashdance meets Showgirls - I just got a little moist in the panties. Mmmmm!

Sorry buddy, IC and Showtime would be suicidal to separate Tibette. This news is a marketing strategy targeted towards Tibetters, who they know would make enough noise to wake sleeping dragons.

Ok I'm an idiot. I read Elizabeth HURLEY ROFLMAO

I guess that's because Elizabeth Berkley makes me want to hurl.

God I hope she has one line and never shows up again.

Well, lets hope she took some much needed acting lessons.

I read that whole article. Berkely is supposed to be playing this straight girl who knew Bette in college. They can't possibly break up Bette and Tina again! Not on the last and final season! Ok Showtime is messing it up!

Feh. She can barely read her lines off the cue cards for Step it up and Dance. I could NOT believe Bette and Tina got back together. I'll cheer if Bette dumps Tina for good, but not for this poptart.
