Up until about 5 minutes ago the County Clerks office in Los Angeles had marriage licenses available for couples with a Bride and a Groom. Their office has officially changed the licenses to include same-sex couples by changing the wording to say Party A and Party B. At 5:01pm same-sex couples across the state will begin to flood the website to apply for a marriage license to wed here in the State of California. This is a historic event!!
